Return RAF Coltishall base land to farmers - plea

Greater Norwich Development partnership has lobbied for its plans for zero carbon deveopments to be given Eco Town status. And the signs are that the lobby has caught the ear of government with the likliehood that, if successful, it would be a replacement for the Coltishall scheme.
